M/S. Alserkal & Assarain Concrete Products LLC (AACP), is a joint venture company backed by 2 of the Largest Business Houses of UAE & Oman — M/S. Nasser Bin Abdullatif Alserkal Est, of Dubai (through M/S. Alserkal Ventures LLC) and M/S. Assarain Concrete Products LLC of Oman, part of Said Salem Al-Wahaibi Group of Companies, popularly known as the Assarain Group of Companies. Located on a large Plot area of about 68,000 sq.m in the Industrial Zone of Dubai Investments Park (DIP 2), AACP is now established as a premier and a reputed manufacturer and supplier of a large variety of Concrete Products all across UAE. The Company is known for serving all its customers with Concrete products having Dimensional accuracy , Superior Quality and High Consistency since 2006.
Alserkal Ventures LLC is part of Nasser Bin Abdullatif Alserkal Est, one of the premier organization in Dubai that has played a major role in development of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Starting off as a real estate and general trading establishment in 1947, the company has today branched out into diverse businesses. This includes the Bridgestone tyre agency for UAE, General Trading, Engineering Services, Knowledge, Management & Solutions, Travel & Tourism etc. Now the Company has joined hands with the Assarain Group, a major corporate from Oman and forayed into the Concrete and Landscaping Products industry.
Assarain concrete products, a company incorporated in 1984, is part of Assarain Group of companies. One of the leading trading & investment organizations, The Assarain Group, since its inception, been at the helm of business development in Oman. Founded in 1976, it started off in the construction industry. Today, as a multimillion dollar international group, its interests also span Oil & Gas, national infrastructure projects, FMGCs, telecommunications, travel, insurance and health care. Assarain Concrete products uses advanced technology to manufacture paving blocks, kerbstones, hollow and solid building blocks, for use in the construction industry. It is one of the leading manufacturers of inter-lock paving tiles and hydraulically presses kerbstones in Oman.
AACP serves wide range of customers in INFRASTRUCTURE, OIL & GAS, ELECTRICITY & WATER, POWER PLANTS, LEISURE , HOSPITALITY and LANDSCAPE INDUSTRY for their multiple requirements. The product range comprise Concrete Masonary BLOCKS ( Solid , Hollow & Thermal Blocks ) ,INTERLOCK TILES (Normal ,Shot Blasted, Curled , Honed and Coated Finished) , KERB STONES (Various Profiles – Upstand , Flush , Bull Nose, Roll Over Kerbs & Heel Kerbs) , PAVING Tiles , Cable Cover Tiles & ROOF Tiles with wide range of designs and sizes along with entire range of HARD LANDSCAPE products comprising BOLLARDS, BENCHES,PLANTERS,PRECAST WALLS, WHEELSTOPPERS, PRECAST INFRA ELEMENTS, LITTERBINS, and TREE GRATINGS with specialty tiles thus serving a large range of customer requirements.
The entire requirement is met through MANUFACTURING and TRADING activities managed from DIP 2 manufacturing location .

The company has very qualified and experienced team to manage the company operations which is headed by GENERAL MANAGER who works under the guidance of EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE comprising senior management members of both the groups with their MDs Mr Abdel Monem Alserkal (Alserkal Ventures) and Mr Khalid Said Alwahaibi (Assarain Group Oman) to steer the business….
